Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Stay Gone LLC (“Stay Gone LLC,” “we,” “us”) on behalf of Midweek Masterminds, a chapter of BNI Northern Nevada that meets Wednesdays at 8:30 AM at the Little Waldorf Saloon, 1661 N Virginia St, Reno, NV 89503. Stay Gone LLC is the sender of all text messages from Midweek Masterminds.

Contact: Stay Gone LLC, c/o The Kiln, 2195 South Virginia Street, Reno, NV 89502 (mailing address only) | info@staygone.ai | (775) 200-9762.

2. Information we collect

• Visitor interest form: first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, business name and profession (optional), and your text message consent choices.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Calls, texts, and emails you send us: content of messages, your phone number, and the time.
• Text messaging records: your consent choices, the date, time, page and IP address of consent, the messages we exchange, and STOP/HELP requests.
• Basic technical data: browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider.

3. How we use information

To answer your questions, help you visit the chapter, send the chapter updates, reminders, and event invitations you agreed to receive, keep records of consent and opt-outs, keep the Site secure, and comply with the law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and deliver messages (for example our messaging platform HighLevel/LeadConnector and phone carriers), only so they can provide those services, and when required by law. The Midweek Masterminds chapter leaders (Visitor Host and Growth Coordinator) may see your name and contact details to welcome you as a visitor.

None of this sharing includes your mobile information or text messaging opt-in data for marketing or promotional purposes (see Section 5).

Official visitor seat registration happens on bninevada.com, which is run by BNI Northern Nevada under its own privacy policy. We do not control that site.

5. Text messaging (SMS) program

How you opt in. On our visitor interest form you can tick two separate, optional checkboxes, both unchecked by default: one for non-marketing texts (chapter updates, meeting reminders, replies to your questions) and one for marketing texts (invitations to chapter socials, outings, and networking events). You can submit the form without ticking either. Consent is not a condition of visiting or joining.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that deliver our messages, only to provide that service.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies (typically up to 8 messages per month). Msg & data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). We will send one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again (reply START). Reply HELP for help, or contact info@staygone.ai or (775) 200-9762.
