How It Works
We are an active, in-person referral networking chapter affiliated with BNI Northern Nevada. We build businesses through structured relationships, weekly accountability, and mutually passed business.
The Givers Gain Spirit in Our Chapter
Midweek Masterminds is anchored in the foundational principle of Givers Gain: by helping others grow their businesses, your own business naturally grows too.
We do not come together to sell to each other. We come together to educate each other on our ideal clients, become each other's unpaid sales team across Reno and Sparks, and actively watch for opportunities to send high-value referrals to fellow members.
When 14 trusted professionals are constantly listening for your ideal customer, warm referrals become a predictable part of your weekly business routine.
One Person Per Business Profession
Most general networking mixers force you to compete for attention with three other realtors, two CPAs, and multiple contractors in the same room.
Midweek Masterminds enforces category exclusivity. Once your business category is approved, no competitor can join the chapter. You become the sole provider in the room for your discipline.
All leads, client questions, and project inquiries in your category go directly to you.
Power Teams in Action
Category exclusivity allows non-competing professionals to build collaborative syndicates:
- Real Estate & Finance: Realtor, Mortgage Broker, Title Officer, and Financial Advisor work together as a seamless homebuyer team.
- Home Services: General Contractor, Stone Countertops, Flooring, and Handyman coordinate on remodels and property turns.
- Business Services: CPA, Bookkeeper, Business Insurance, and Technology pass enterprise clients back and forth.
